Ting Internet / Simply Bits engineers will be performing maintenance to update firmware on our equipment at our 5151, BlackRock, Bank of America, Camp Lowell, Los Altos, Milber, and Trans America Sites Tuesday June 24rd, 2025, 6:00AM - 7:00AM Mountain Standard Time.
During this maintenance, some customers in Central Tucson and surrounding areas may experience a brief service disruption after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible. If your service is not automatically restored. please power cycle your Router and Power over Ethernet Adapter that connects to the Internet (WAN) port on your router.
