On Tuesday May 13th at approximately 1:30 PM MT until approximately 2:30 PM, Ting Internet engineers will be performing emergency maintenance to replace a failing line card in a fiber chassis serving a small number of subscribers who will be contacted directly.

During this maintenance, affected customers will experience a service disruption estimated to be under 30 minutes after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible.
