Ting Internet / Simply Bits engineers will be performing maintenance to update firmware on our equipment at our Bush Hill, Hilton, North Swan, Orpheum, Pantano, and Resort View Sites Monday June 23rd, 2025, 6:00AM - 7:00AM Mountain Standard Time.

During this maintenance, some customers in Tucson in and around Tanque Vera may experience a brief service disruption after which connections will automatically be restored. We will be working hard to ensure any downtime is as minimal as possible. If your service is not automatically restored. please power cycle your Router and Power over Ethernet Adapter that connects to the Internet (WAN) port on your router.
