Update
Status of our fax services have been unchanged since the weekend and our backup routes are still working for most customers. We are still working with our network provider on a full repair. No ETA provided as of yet.

Monitoring
Our network partner is still working on resolving the main fax PRI line, but our backup methods have resolved problems for most customers. We expect that our fax services should be restored fully overnight (although we don't have an exact ETA). We are continuing to monitor the issue during the last stretch of the fix.

Our network partner has determined that they need to dispatch a technician to assess the issue in person. In the meantime, we have seen most customer faxes go through on one of our backup routes although this may not have restored functionality entirely. We will be updating as we receive further updates from our network partner. Thank you!

Update
We are still working alongside our network partner to determine the cause of the issue. We were informed there was a 'soft loop' that was cleared from their side but this doesn't appear to have restored fax services as of yet. Thank you for your patience!

Investigating
We have identified an outage affecting fax services stemming from a PRI line provided by our network partner. You may notice that inbound and outbound faxing may be intermittent or not work at all.
We have engaged our network partner to have this resolved as soon as possible and will continue to post updates here as we receive them.
