We are currently investigating an issue with our Fax PRI provider, which is preventing customers from faxing long distance numbers. If you're trying to fax long distance, you may see an error such as "34406 - please contact your long distance provider"

Faxing local numbers continue to work without issue. We will continue to update as we hear more from our provider. Thank you for your patience!
