Update -
Services have been restored for the majority of customers in the area at this point. Ting techs are still in area working on the final handful still offline and we are hoping for full restoration across the board soon.

Update -
Ting field technicians have completed all prep work and are now currently re-splicing the damaged fiber. We should see service slowly be restored for customers impacted over the next hour or so, if not already.

Identified -
Ting field technicians have identified the cause of the outage as damage to our fiber cabinet on E Berry St, resulting from a car crash. We are currently assessing the full extent of the repair work required, which includes replacing the cabinet and resplicing the damaged fiber.
At this time, our estimated time to restore service to affected customers is 6 to 8 hours. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this as quickly and safely as possible.

Ting field technicians have been dispatched and are en route to investigate and resolve the issue. While we don’t yet have a confirmed ETR, we expect to have more information after initial diagnostics are completed within the hour. We’ll provide an update here as soon as we know more. We are currently experiencing an outage affecting some homes, primarily in the Ridge at Park View area of Centennial, CO. Our team is investigating, and we will share more information as it becomes available.
