Update - We've noticed during our investigation and from customer reports that some Yealink devices are affected as well. A fix we implemented earlier seemed to resolve the issue for most Yealink phones. If you have a Yealink device, feel free to reboot it to see if the issue resolves. Investigating - We are currently investigating a service issue that is affecting Polycom VoIP phones. Any Yealink VoIP phones are unaffected. This is affecting incoming/outgoing calls for Polycom phones. We have a workaround we can implement case by case until this is resolved, if you contact SimplyBits support. We do not have an ETA yet and are still working to identify and troubleshoot the issue.

Update - Our field team has identified two 144-count fiber cables that have been fully severed by ongoing third-party construction in the area. Multiple splicing teams are enroute to the location to begin repair and restoration efforts. Due to the extensive nature of the damage our current best estimated repair time is midnight tonight. Monitoring - The voice portal at voice.ting.com is now reachable, we've tested in multiple instances and everything appears to be working as expected - anyone who has been waiting for this website to be restored can now test. We are continuing to monitor just in case any issues resurface.

Identified - We are aware of an issue with commercial customers using our voice services in some of our Colorado markets and Arizona (SimplyBits) that are unable to reach the admin portal for their voice services at voice.ting.com - this website allows customers to make on the fly changes to their account without needing to call into customer support.

Our voice services partner has identified a bug that is causing this website not to load and are working on a fix. We do not have an ETA on a resolution at this time.

In the meantime, all voice services are working, and any changes needed can be requested through our Commercial support advisors.
